1 vote for the userland.com namespace (James)

1 didn't vote (Paul)

We'll move forward with the http://www.rssboard.org/rss-specification 
namespace, but remember that this doesn't change anything and nobody 
should be using this namespace until we write and adopt language in 
the RSS spec, which may never happen.
