If I were you will setup PC-X with Ubuntu and Remmina that supports tunnel ssh.

If not, use TightVNC Java Viewer that allows connect like this:

java -jar tightvnc-jviewer.jar -host=PC-Y
-password=1234567 -sshUser=user -sshHost=aaa.aa.aa.aaa
