TightVNC Mail List question.

I'm new to TightVNC and have just installed it on a few computers and it is working great... so hats off to the development team.
That said I don't see much traffic on the mail list and so I ask if the program is in wide use or nearing the end of life?
For years I have been a fan of forums and mail list and think they are one of the great resources of the internet. Especially for a someone like me who learns faster by supplementing those pages and pages of docs with chatting with other more experienced folks.
 Typically when I look around for a new solution I use that activity level as of the programs forum(s) and email list an indicator on whether there is a large enough user base to sustain the program over time.
So in regards to TightVNC maybe it just works so well that no one needs any support...Or maybe there is another online user group like a forum or whatever.
I plan on continuing to use TightVNC but I'm just wondering about user activity level and the future of the program.
