Shortcut keys Crtl-Alt-Shift-r

Hallo,

the shortcut Crtl-Alt-Shift-r isn't sent to my remote computer by TightVNC. Does this shortcuts has its own purpose in TightVNC? Can this shortcut be switched off or changed to another one?
