That is not a direct function of the vnc, but is facilitated by already 
having an open viewport into the remote system.

To run sudo on the remote system, you open a terminal window inside the 
vnc window and run your command in that terminal, just as you would at 
the console of the remote system. It is actually much simpler to do it 
via ssh, but either way will work.
