That's surprising.  Some posters tack such long prefixes on all the 
subjects they post that one can't tell what the post really is without 
being able to view the entire subject.  That would make TIN practically 
unusable in groups where the above is common.  In SLRN the left and right 
arrow keys will pan the entire index view left and right.
