fist of all: don't obfustidcate your killfile, post your _real_ killfile
entry and give the Message-ID of an article which doesn't get killed.

check if you use wildmat or regexp filtering (tinrc-var wildmat), the obove
entry looks like a wildmat

check if the address in the From line in the posting is all loercase (you
have case sensitive matching on)

check if you don't have any other rule in the filtefile which lifts your
rule
