this (not very informative) messages comes from the newsserver. according to
RFC 3977 (the NNTP Protcol) 437 should only be generated in response to IHAVE
(a NNTP command tin doesn't use).

this is an issue with the newsserver, not your article -> yes, complain to
your ISP.
