Yes, I did that.  I have now checked it again.  Upon
opening a newsgroup for the first time the names are
displayed correctly, but when I  exit  and  open  it
again  ('q',  Enter), the Russian names are mangled.
You can check it with fido7.testing.

Maybe it's just that I  didn't  notice  the  problem
with names before...
