Many thanks, applied and works!  I hope  you'll  in-
clude  it  in the main trunk.  By the way, this very
case is a standard across  all  fido7  gateways,  so
many  Russian  users will find appreciate tin's sup-
porting this format.

Interesting.   %N is expected in all fido7 gateways,
but I will follow your advice and try to extract the
construction  of  the  quote  string into a separate
function in misc.c and use it for the filling of the
X-Comment-To header.  I am not an experienced C pro-
grammer, so don't expect it done soon, though.
