Hi!! I am using Tux with the tux2-full-2.4.18-final-A3 patch on a 2.4.18 kernel with Rik Van Riel's VM patch. The Document root is on a Reiserfs partition. The machine has 2 CPU's and I make it run 2 threads of TUX. I need to generate hourly logs for Webtrends, hence I have a cron job running every hour which cats >> the native tux log to another file and then converts it to W3C format using the tux2w3c conversion tool. I realised the moment I do the above the machine just freezes.....I can ping to the box but I can't open a shell on it. I have to call the data centre to get the box rebooted. Even the messages log doesn't give any clue. For now I have reverted back to Apache 1.3.24...but it just isn't as fast as TUX I was facing the same problems on 2.4.17 and I thought maybe upgrading the kernel and the TUX patch would solve the problem...but that is not the case...... Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks & Regards, Anish Srivastava
