When I first start TUX , after a while it has this message ( and don't 
bahave well):

kernel: TUX: log buffer overflow, have to throttle TUX thread!

Then I throttle TUX threads with:

echo 1000000 > /proc/sys/net/tux/max_output_bandwidth

And I also added some additional TCP STACK optimization params
So it stoped complaing and went fine ( just this kernel message in my 
previous posting which annoys me )
