Virtual Hosting has got me foxed

Looking to use TUX on a brand-new server (RH8) but need to fit in with the
Apache virtual-hosts & directory structure inherited from a previous
hosted-situation. In spite of spending an afternoon in research (my head is
spinning) I just cannot see the way to configure the 3 TUX directives to fit
in with the existing structure. Is it possible? Here is the relevant config
bits in Apache:

DocumentRoot /home/htdocs/hosted/

<VirtualHost xx.xx.xx.xx>
    DocumentRoot /home/htdocs/hosted/domain1/domain1.com
    ServerName domain1.com
..
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost xx.xx.xx.xx>
    DocumentRoot /home/htdocs/hosted/domain1/domain1.co.uk
    ServerName domain1.co.uk
..
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost xx.xx.xx.xx>
    DocumentRoot /home/htdocs/hosted/domain2/domain2.co.uk
    ServerName domain2.co.uk
..
</VirtualHost>

etc

The existing sites are built on this directory-structure & could not be
easily changed. In spite of concerns over TUX stability with Xeon cpus (was
that ever sorted?) & all the other stuff I would like to use it, but this
aspect of virtual mass-hosting is stopping me.

Can anyone help?
