Binhex files .sit

How do i use ubh to accept sit files that are in binhex format ?
ubh skips all of them, after assembling, it is in 
a txt format. If ubh accepts the txt file, and i manually run 
uudeview on the txt i get an error - No End Found. How do i get it 
to convert the txt back to sit without skipping. Should i use tools 
like hex2bin
