I think what is happening is that ubh is looking for either
uuencoded or yencoded data.  I think the .txt file probably
just contains the headers.

I would recommend dumping the files with -D and
go back later and run uudeview on the resulting file(s).
If uudeview does not decode those, then I think the data
inside is not in the format you think it is, and probably
needs some more translation (.sit -> binhex?) before
uudeview can decode them.
