	Suggestions:

	1. Include a sample ubhrc file with the release.

	2. Seems like DATADIR isn't really being used.  The output_dir
	   for a newsgroup seems to override it.  This is fine, but
	   you should consider allowing output_dir to be NULL and fall
	   back to the DATADIR in this case.  Ideally DATADIR and
	   output_dir would contain some %X tokens which could be
	   relpaced with things like newsgroup or server name.  In any
	   case, the documentation needs to reflect the behavior.
