	One more issue I have encountered.  If you interrupt ubh in
	the midst of it processing a multipart article, the status is
	left as "PROCESSING" in the assemble table.  If you then try
	and process that file again, it gets ignored even if you have
	speicifed -a on the command line.

	The interrupt handler should probably try and reset the
	assemble.status if it has enough information to do that.
