articles arriving later at cheap server

I've noticed that articles arrive later at my cheap news server than at my
expensive one. The consequence of this is that I end up downloading articles
from my expensive server that I could have got from my cheap server a few
hours later. Has anyone else encountered this problem and come up with any
solutions? Obviously I could mitigate the problem by running ubh less often (I
currently run it daily), but I don't really want to do that.
