Using the little script I posted previously, I make ubh fetch the files
again. In almost all cases the file is correctly fetched when retried, so
generally the problem is not with the post - although in a few cases it
might be. I am using the default decoder. My system is Sun Ultra 10 with
Solaris 8 and perl 5.8.0.
