Re: path = not supporting *

Ok. How would I track a list of subfolders matching a pattern? Isn't that a 
common use case?

If glob patterns are supported for
*   backup = Name **
or
*  ignore = Name *.o*
then why not for the most important *path =* ?

Of course I tried single * before trying **, which probably came into my 
mind from using hgignore and gitignore...

Is this worth a feature request?
