Hi Adam,

Not sure I understand what you are trying to do. Starting over without
considering any previous state can be achieved by the 'ignorearchives'
preference. On the command line you can just add -ignorearchives as an
argument. But you can also add ignorearchives = true in the profile for use
in GUI, for example. This preference should be used only once and then
removed, otherwise every sync will be considered to be a "first run".
Alternatively, the same can be achieved by deleting the archive files for
both roots, if you know where to find them.
