If you mean "can I use a client-side command to install a new
package" then you must give it the package name; if you mean "Can I push
packages to clients from the server" then the answer is "Not yet".
That's a capability that's slated for a later development cycle, dealing
with client tracking and making RHNSD work.
A hack would, of course, be to take an existing package, add a
dependency to the spec file, increment the version of that package, and
put the new package into the server tree. This is not really
recommended, though...
