sorry i hadn't said all, but yes every test / change i make i previously
do this:

- rm -rf /local/linux/current/*
- cadmin create redhat-7.3-i386
- chown apache.apache /local -R
- httpd restart

Until now i made no progress, just got home from work, and probably i'll
only gonna do something tomorrow.
