error during cadmin update

Hi:

I ran cadmin update redhat-7.3-i386 and got the following error:

I looked, and sure enough, that file isn't there.  So the directory that
I am using is behind up2date and the required file isn't there?  Do I
just need to wait for the mirror to catch up?  Is cadmin checking with
rhn to find out what it is supposed to have?  The version of xinetd that
is present is 2.3.7-4.7x.

Also, I copied the /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date and
/usr/share/rhn/RHN-CA-CERT.current files from a working RH 8.0 client to
a new RH 8.0 client and ran up2date.  It died with an error (sadly, I
don't remember the exact message, but it was something like server
error) after the registration forms were filled out, but I ran it again
and it worked fine.
