2.3.9 was an earlier RedHat erratum. A few days ago they decided to go back
to 2.4.7 with the current DOS-fix due to other bugs in 2.3.9. Thus 2.3.9
_used to be_ in your directory and database, but _now_ you only have 2.4.7
if you have a true mirror. RHN seems to handle this via the epoch, current
doesn't support this fully yet, as far as I understand the issue.
