Screen does not refresh properly

Using RC 18 if the client is manipulating the U/I on the host everything
works as expected. However, if the host user is manipulating the U/I using
the host keyboard or mouse the client display does not refresh properly.
Large dark rectangles appear as though the screen is not being repainted in
those areas. I see this effect on every host I have tried.

Has anyone else seen this?

Is there a way to prevent it?
