Repeater V1.02 moved from GPL to BSD license.

SC noticed added.
"Current SC code has been destroyd by a bad merge with RC197.
I'm working to import it manual in the new RC197 code tree and hope it will be finished around april.
By entering the password you agree not to ask for the code before this date."

This should solve all GPL issue's
