I'm not a licence specialist but I don't understand.
RealVNC 4.0  source code is under GPL (free version).

If the Enterprise Edition is not under GPL that means for me that 
there's no common parts between its source code and RealVNC 4 source code .
So you've rewritten the Enterprise Edition from scratch.
Am I right ?
