I know I can't run 19 on one machine and 19 on another. The file transfer
doesn't work.
Have to both be 18 or 19

I should explain a little more on my complaint below:  I see in some forum
posts that there were some fixes for this problem in RC19.  
Unfortunately, the remote machines I'm connecting to are still running RC18,
so that may be the root of the problems I'm having with network drives.
