I believe the question being asked is whether there is support for 
having a dialog asking the user presently logged into the VPN server 
whether they wish to allow a remote connection.

(If this is indeed the question, then the answer is obviously yes -- not 
only for UltraVNC but for TightVNC and probably a great many others as 
well, so long as that option is enabled).

If that isn't the question, then it would probably be a good thing to 
have a native English speaker proof before reposting -- as it was a 
little hard to understand.
