Exactly. I works in a gov company and here (in Brazil) the job's law 
agree directs about privacity, so, i can't enter in a machine without 
the knowledge of him. I think that is similar in many countries, but 
this face (juridic) is a new thing.

Yes. Exactly again. A example of what i spoke is in kde desktop share, 
that i can up a session based in RFB and when a user try to connect, 
return a msg in my screen warning and asking if i agree.
