HTML mails on the list

Hi!

In the latest "U.S. Export Control Compliance" thread there were a lot
of messages in HTML. And for some reason, my Outlook 2002 shows them
as attachments, so I have to open them manually in a browser.

That is very annoying.

Are they sent in some weird format ? OL displays HTML otherwise
just fine. Does the mail list server so some strange changes ?

It also happens with plain text messages. I see an empty message
with two plain text attachments : the signature and the actual message.

Any idea ?
