Kay,

sorry for being so nosy, but with your resume at
http://www.mktechnology.com/consultants/Kay_Morrell.php showing that you
have a professional interest in exactly such questions, I and supposedly
all of the UltraVNC users and makers would be interested to know what
makes you ask this question.

Don't get me wrong: I am neither "suspicious", nor "paranoid", but I do
feel that you ask for a reason and since many of us are using UltraVNC
in relation to our professional occupations, any potential infringement
on applicable legislation would be worthwhile knowing.

Needless to say it would also be very interesting to hear your opinion
on the exchange between Rudi and the others on the question of ECCN
necessity for this product (which clearly is not US made). I would be
especially interested to hear your opinion on Rudi's argument of
encryption not being native but plugin-based with UltraVNC and there
being no need for an ECCN.
