There are some cheap "office refrigerators" around.  Some are solid-
state; others use compressors.  See if you can find a solid-state
unit (e.g., at a thrift store) and put your electronics inside it.
Adjust it to keep the inside cool (e.g., 70 degrees)  Put a sensor in
it to make sure it's performing as desired.
