Cisco 350 AP help, anyone?

I just tried upgrading my bomber-solid-never-fails Cisco 350 Access Point to IOS from the VxWorks OS it had. I saw they added WPA, and I wanted to experiment with it. Yeah, I knew I was going to get a doorstop in the end... :-(. Anyway, I'm stuck with 3 SOLID Amber / yellow lights. Dead as a dodo, as far as I can tell. Can't ping it, can't see it. No workie. Searched everywhere, but can't find anything out there... anywhere! So, if anyone has any help for this guy, please help!
