Ummmm, you are in error.  -stable a before the 4.6-RELEASE has the new
layout, but missed a file.  Just after the 4.6-Release branch was
made, I corrected the missing file, so a new enough -stable doesn't
need patches.  The port that's in freebsd now does assume that you
have a new enough version of -stable or -current, I think.
