Well OpenBSD-current has integrated the BAT source mods, and BAT as 
found in ports/security/bsd-airtools will work out of the box.  In order
to get it to work with OpenBSD 3.1 (release), you'll need the current
sources of BAT (from CVS), and unfortuanately, that is down right now.
