I am not a lawyer.

If you are referring to the new license on the code I recently committed to 
FreeBSD, then I believe you need to keep the entire license intact if you 
grab the code.  OTOH the point of the dual license was to make the code 
"available" to as wide an audience as possible.  As such you can be assured 
that I am not going to badger you about what you do with the code.
