Node 627

Node 627 Powell's Technical issue.

Router is exact same place it has always been. A re-check of  Signal
Strength showed a 100% jump from 20-30% to a 35-45% signal. This must be an
environment issue since nothing has changed but the weather.

And they our on the outer fringes of range. Will check it time to time to
see the trend of this node on signal strength variations at different times
of the day.
