New Monthly Location

After a long, good run at the Urban Grind, the time has come for  
Personal Telco to find a new home for our Monthly Meetings.

Key criteria for monthlies:

- Able to accommodate crowds of varying size without prior notice.
- Minimal ambient noise, such that we don't have to yell to each other  
during the meeting.
- Good coffee and/or beer.
- Reliable WiFi, ideally a PTP node.
- Central location with decent parking and transit options.
