PLUG has been using the meeting room at Jax Bar for quite a while
now.  We got bumped to third Wednesdays because they want to shut
down on Monday nights, but other than that it has gone without a
hitch.  Talk to the owner, Barb Davis, at 503-228-9128 or
[email protected] .  Russell had a weekly there 8 days ago.
