There are no known past or existing projects/attempts to plant an
antenna on the UWMC BB Tower.

I really think you should push ahead on talking to UW in regards to this
project.  We have had past success  with the SPU IEEE group.  Today, I
suspect that the project has gone stale as past students have long
graduated.  I think its still up on the roof though.

Other than the technical considerations, I think the most important
piece of a university/educational installation is to keep people
interested year after year.  Otherwise, it will end up being last year's
science project.  If that means that core/edu task group SWN members
routinely stay in contact and work with students, this can also be
arranged.

Information exchange is fine.  Please ask me privately, or question the
list and we will try to help.  That's what this list is for.
