Wifi at Hempfest - Myrtle Edwards Park

In years past Hempfest has had various internet access solutions, ranging 
from an expensive wireless T1 to unidirectional wifi antennas and prayer 
for open, reliable networks.

I'm searching for a kind soul that can help get reliable broadband to 
Myrtle Edwards Park the weekend of August 21-22. There are a number of 
apartments, condos and business in the area that are likely within range 
of the park. Or maybe we could beam across the water.

We're all about doing stuff on the cheap, but do have some money for this. 
The budget isn't totally set but we could easily raise a few hundred bucks 
for reliable broadband throughout the park.
