I read an article a while back about this rebate BS all the stores are
doing now and it rated several of the larger ones such as CompUSA
which happened to receive a very poor score on success rate of
actually getting your rebate back.  CompUSA, Officemax and a few
others had outsourced their rebate handling to one company in
particular that was the worst about it.

I've personally had 3 rebates never returned to me and one was from
CompUSA for some dvd-R's (which are horrible) and two from OfficeMax.

They might have changed companies to handle their rebates by now but
I'll never purchase a product from them that has rebates to be
processed.

Just my 2cents.
