If the users are on Windows XP SP2, you might run into a couple of issues with this setup unless you add in static IP addressing. We have a similar setup at the school where my dad works, but I can never tell that I am on the unsecured network until I try to access the network files. Windows XP SP2 automatically picks the first signal it thinks it finds, and if you are near 2 AP's, it could grab the wrong one. I don't know if you can use the tools that come with wireless cards to fix this, as I haven't had a chance to really play with my linksys card. I'll probably give it a try next time I am at the school, which is fairly rarely.
