Like in the Soviet Union.
You may only have such raw materials that the state does not want.
And may not do something PROFITable with it.

Or like in the west:
You may only have such frequencies that we are unable to sell to private companies
for a profit. And give same companies a monopoly of sorts.
Witness 3G frequencies that should have been used to provide
Internet access in suburban areas.

Next they will sell the water supply to fill the public coffers at the expense
of the free market and the public.
In so doing granting a company local monopoly on water supply :-)

You would be better off calling Manpower to fill the
seats of politicians unvilling to leave the same seats.
Manpower have a better reputation than politicians :-)

I will be busy outside buying a few DVD-R to send software to Bhutan.
They don't have much Internet in Bhutan.
Only the slowest kind. Like dialup :-)

Poor people need Internet too - And water - At a price they can afford to pay.
