how would you go about setting it up?  the only problem I see is the 
collection of payments, especially coins.  I guess maybe I could convert an 
existing pay phone?   It would be easier just to setup a free phone, but 
that would create some issues as well.

this may sound like ancient history, but they are still a requirement
