I'm reminded of Leo George getting 4 38GHz allocations from the FCC for $1.
He got around $4M cash for them and about $6M in Winstar stock in 1994 which
ballooned when WCII had a $5B market cap in 1999 and split its stock.  Those
frequencies were deployed in around 20 US markets (including Seattle).
