The problem is finding a "smartphone" (phone with pda functionality instead of a pda with phone functionality) with integrated WiFi. So far the only thing I've found that looks like the right size is the Motorola MPx which is hard to find and quite expensive. I'm not going to be using Skype over GPRS...
