wireless->wired aps

I have some systems in my garage that cannot be plugged into my home
network via either the wired or wireless network.  They can't reach
the switch in my living room connected to my living room, nor are they
new enough to accept aireless cards.  What would someone suggest using
as some sort of cheap bridge that would convert the signal back to
wired for those systems?

I might have soimething to trade if someone has one they aren't using.
